Trezor says hackers breached its email provider and sent a fake security alert claiming a hardware flaw could expose users’ recovery phrases, a message aimed at #Bitcoin holders. The hardware wallet maker says there’s no evidence of a device-level vulnerability and urged users to ignore the phishing emails and verify updates only via official channels.

It recommended resetting compromised passwords, enabling 2FA and checking statements on Trezor’s website.
