– The total cryptocurrency market has returned to 2.1 trillion yen.

The Bitcoin price recovery continues in full force as the asset has recovered more than seven thousand since its multi-month low on Monday.

Altcoins also performed best: SOL was the top performer among the majors, while WIF soared nearly 30% .

There’s a lot to talk about what’s been happening in the cryptocurrency market since last Friday. It all started when the price of bitcoin fell from 66,000 bitcoin6 to 62,200 following the release of a weak U.S. jobs report.

the ever-changing nature of the cryptocurrency industry took its toll over the weekend when all other markets were closed. BTC fell below 60,000 by Sunday morning and to 557,000 by late afternoon.

On Monday morning, the situation got even worse.For the first time since mid-May, the value of the largest digital assets was just below 5,250,000, thus liquidating more than ¥24 billion in just 12 hours. You can read about some of the reasons for this massive drop here.

BTC finally went on the attack and jumped to 555,000 yesterday. Over the past 12 hours, the bulls have consolidated several more positions, and the asset is now just above 57,000. Its market capitalization has risen to 1.130 trillion and it has a 53.5% advantage over altcoins. Altcoins suffered the same fate during the market crash, but many of them managed to rebound from the lows. ETH fell from over 3,200 yen to over a thousand dollars, but it managed to recover and is now trading above 22,500.

the Solana token has been at the forefront of the recovery phase. In the last 24 hours alone, the price of SOL has risen more than 8% to around $1,150.

WIF has seen the largest growth among the top 100 altcoins. This meme coin has fallen in price by over 1% in 50 weeks, but is now up 27% on a daily basis.
